IMPORTANT: This key is NOT for push-button-start vehicles. This is for vehicles that use a metal flip out key to start the vehicle. This key will also NOT work with the Kia K5. Even though they have the same FCC ID the OE part numbers are different.
NOTE: Once the key blade is cut the car can start without programming as the vehicle does not come equipped with an immobilizer. The remote portion will need programmed before it will work. In order to guarantee a Kia logo you must purchase the new OEM option.
